Sale Drawer Pro adds the tools for running sales as a strategy rather than a one-off. Pro is an add-on: keep the free plugin active, then install Pro and paste your license key under **Sale Drawer → License** ([details](/docs/account-and-licensing/#activating-your-license)). [See pricing](/pricing/).

## Campaigns and priority

A **campaign** is a named sale with its own products, look and schedule — for example *Black Friday*, *Cyber Monday* and *Summer clearance*. Campaigns start and end on their own. When several are live at once, **priority** decides which one a visitor sees, so a site-wide sale can sit underneath a time-limited flash sale.

Your existing setup becomes your first campaign automatically when you activate Pro, so nothing changes until you add another.

## Product rules: category, tag, brand

Instead of picking products one by one, build a campaign from rules: on-sale products in a **category**, with a **tag**, or from a **brand**. Rules are evaluated live, so new products that match are included automatically.

## Countdowns

Show “Ends in 2d 14h” in the drawer header. Countdowns use your campaign’s real end date (or the WooCommerce scheduled sale end), so the urgency is honest — when the timer hits zero, the sale really is over and the campaign ends itself.

## Custom ordering and rotation

Drag products into the exact order you want, or enable **rotation** so the products after your pinned items take turns at the top. Rotation spreads exposure across a large sale instead of always showing the same few products.

## Targeting: URL, visitor type, role

Show a campaign only where and to whom it makes sense:

- **URL** — include or exclude paths, with wildcards (for example `/summer-sale/*`).
- **Visitor type** — new visitors, returning visitors, logged-in customers or guests.
- **User role** — for example, hide retail promotions from wholesale customers.

## Email alerts

Let shoppers subscribe to sale alerts from the drawer. Subscriber addresses are stored in **your** WordPress database and never shared with us; every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link. Only email people who subscribed through your store.

## Analytics and GA4 forwarding

Pro records impressions, opens, clicks, add-to-carts and **attributed orders and revenue** per campaign and per product, so you can see which sales actually earned money. Data is kept in your own database. Optionally forward drawer events to Google Analytics 4 or Google Tag Manager to analyze them alongside the rest of your store data.
