# Placement & launcher

> Put the drawer on the left, right or as a bottom sheet, choose an edge tab or a floating bubble, and tune it per device.

The launcher is what shoppers see when the drawer is closed; the placement decides where the drawer slides in from. Every option on this page is in the free version — you can try them all in the [live demo on the home page](/#demo).

## Left, right, or bottom sheet

- **Right** (default) — the classic side drawer. Least likely to collide with chat widgets or cookie banners on the left.
- **Left** — useful when the bottom-right corner is already taken by a chat launcher.
- **Bottom sheet** — rises from the bottom of the screen, the pattern shoppers know from mobile apps. It works especially well on phones.

## Edge tab vs. floating bubble

- **Edge tab** — a slim, labeled tab on the edge of the screen (for example “SALE · 3”). The count updates automatically with the number of items on sale.
- **Floating bubble** — a round icon button, like a chat launcher. Takes less room and reads as a familiar “tap me”.

When a shopper closes the drawer it collapses back into the launcher, and that choice sticks for the rest of their visit.

## Icons, custom SVG and text tokens

Choose from nine built-in icons for the bubble or tab, or use your own icon or SVG. The tab can run vertically or horizontally. Labels accept live text tokens: `{count}` (items on sale), `{max_percent}` (the biggest % discount) and `{max_saving}` (the biggest saving).

## Per-device width and position

Each device type gets its own drawer width and launcher position, and auto-open can be switched on or off per device. A common setup is a right-hand drawer on desktop and a bottom sheet on phones.
