Sale Drawer Pro is sold through **Freemius**, our reseller. After checkout, Freemius emails your receipt, your license key and a link to download Pro. Everything about your license — keys, sites, downloads, invoices, upgrades and cancellation — lives in [your Freemius account](https://users.freemius.com/).

## Activating your license

1. Download **Sale Drawer Pro** from your purchase email or your Freemius account.
2. In WordPress go to **Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin**, choose the zip and click **Activate**.
3. When the plugin asks, paste your license key and click **Activate License**.

Pro features unlock immediately and your existing drawer settings are kept. Updates then arrive through the normal WordPress **Updates** screen for as long as your license is active.

## Moving a license between sites

Each plan covers a number of sites (1, 3 or 10). To move a license, deactivate it on the old site from the plugin’s **Account** screen, then activate it on the new one. If the old site is gone, open your Freemius account, find the license and deactivate the old site there to free the seat.

## Local and staging sites

Local development sites (for example `localhost` or `.local`/`.test` domains) don’t use a seat, so you can build and test freely. If a staging copy of your store is using a seat, deactivate it there and the seat is freed for your live store.

## Renewals, upgrades and refunds

- **Renewals** — plans renew yearly and you get a receipt and invoice by email each time. If a renewal payment fails, Freemius retries it and emails you.
- **If you don’t renew** — Pro features pause at the end of the period you paid for. The drawer, the free features and all your settings keep working; renew any time and Pro picks up where it left off.
- **Cancelling** — cancel the subscription from your Freemius account. Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.
- **Upgrading** — move to a plan with more sites from your Freemius account and pay only the prorated difference.
- **Refunds** — 14 days, no questions. Reply to your receipt or email us and we’ll refund in full. See the [refund policy](/legal/#refunds).
